Who We Are

Padsor Scaffolding and Construction was established in February 2013 as an extension of Padsor Enterprises, a company registered in 2008 that focused on Human Capital Development.

We are an expression of the desire to actively participate in the Mining and Construction Industries, which form the backbone of infrastructural development in Zimbabwe. Our directors identified opportunities in an area where demand exceeded supply and invested extensively in state-of-the-art equipment.

We pride ourselves on being one of the first companies to acquire the latest technology in scaffolding: the Quick-Fix system. This innovative approach has positioned us as leaders in the industry.

Managing Director

Pardington is an entrepreneur, trainer, and Safety Health Inspector with 24 years of experience at Zimbabwe Revenue Authority. He founded Padsor in 2013, which now commands a significant market share in the construction industry. He is passionate about developing youths and the underprivileged.

Sarah Tembedza

Executive Director - Business Development & Admin

Sarah is an entrepreneur, Life Coach, and Rotarian with over 30 years of experience in People Management and Business Development. She holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management (MLM) and is a Certified Customer Service Strategist. She serves on multiple boards and is passionate about making a difference in Africa.
